INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER LOTS FOR THE SELECTION OF CONSULTANTS FOR THE PROJECT “Maturation and Implementation of Projects under the Competence of the Strategic Importance Contracts Unit of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. in relation to the Decarbonisation Fund” LOT 1: “Maturation and Implementation of Decarbonisation Fund Projects – 1”, with an estimated budget of €1,750,000.00 and an option right of €500,000.00. LOT 2: “Maturation and Implementation of Decarbonisation Fund Projects – 2”, with an estimated budget of €1,750,000.00 and an option right of €500,000.00.

The Strategic Importance Contracts Unit (Project Preparation Facility – PPF) of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP) has been designated by the Government Committee established pursuant to Law 4799/2021 as the competent authority for the preparation, conduct of the procurement procedure and monitoring of the project entitled “Maturation and Implementation of Projects under the Competence of the Strategic Importance Contracts Unit of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. in relation to the Decarbonisation Fund.”
The project is divided into two (2) lots and concerns the provision of financial advisory services (including Project Management Office (PMO) services), technical advisory services and legal advisory services, with a contract duration until 31 December 2032.
The contracts will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, determined according to the best price-quality ratio.
 
Deadline for the submission of tenders: Friday, 27 November 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
