In the context of the above action, the PPF unit, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986\/2011 for the assignment of the project\u00a0\u201cEnergy upgrading, Modernization, Improvement and Renovation of Health Centers of Kanallaki and Parga\u201d with contracting authority the 6th Administrative Health District (<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0394<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a5<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a0\u0395<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">).\u00a0Such tender process shall be conducted through the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0395<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a3<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0397<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0394\u0397<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a3<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">This will be an open tender process and will be conducted through\u00a0<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0395<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a3<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0397<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u0394\u0397<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u03a3<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">.
