In the context of the afore noted action, the PPF unit, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, duly conducts the tender process in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986\/2011 for the award of a Construction contract particularly in regards to the\u00a0 \u201cStructural &amp; Operational Restoration of the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (O.A.K.A.)
