In the context of the above action, the Fund, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, conducts the tender in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986\/2011 for the assignment of the project\u00a0\u201cDevelopment of chronic disease healthcare units in 12 Healthcare Centers and 2 Multipurpose Regional Health centers of the 3rd Administrative Health District\u201d with contracting authority the 3rd Administrative Health District (\u0394.\u03a5.\u03a0\u0395).\u00a0 Such tender process shall be conducted through the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (\u0395.\u03a3.\u0397.\u0394\u0397.\u03a3.).<\/p>\n<p>This will be an open tender process and will be conducted through\u00a0\u0395.\u03a3.\u0397.\u0394\u0397.\u03a3.
