The HRADF Project Preparation Facility (PPF) was appointed by the Governmental Committee on Projects of Strategic Importance, pursuant to Law 4799\/2021 as responsible for maturing, carry out the tender processes and monitoring the implementation of the project “Renovation of Athens Olympic Center \u201cSpiros Louis\u201d (OAKA)\u201d. This project is to be funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The project is included in the Strategic Projects\u2019 Pipeline (SPP), pursuant to Law 4799\/2021, and the Beneficiaries are the Ministry of Culture and Sports and OAKA. HRADF, as part of its responsibility to mature the project, would like to select and assign a specialised and experienced economic operator to undertake the advanced initial design of specific repair works within key OAKA buildings and of the maintenance and upgrade of the urban realm within the complex.<\/p>\n
