In order to support the rapid mobilization and the cost-effective execution of the mandate of the PPF, HRADF aims to establish a Framework Agreement mechanism for the execution of designs by qualified and experienced designers, namely the Designers of the Framework Agreements, which will be divided in two lots, for the execution of the designs and the preparation of tender documents for the projects of the Primary and Secondary Health Care respectively and are priority projects of the Program, according to the requirements of the MAA. More specifically, Lot 1 includes the execution of designs and the preparation of tender documents for Secondary Health Care (Hospitals), while Lot 2 includes the execution of designs and the preparation of tender documents for Primary Health Care (Health Care Centers etc.).
