We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead and develop the Growthfund’s Information Technology function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals
• Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team (system/ administrators, Helpdesk)
• Oversee the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems
• Manage and maintain the computer room, including routers, firewalls, switches, servers, and storage equipment
• Ensure high standards of cybersecurity and compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Design and oversee the logical architecture of information systems
• Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Manage the IT budget, monitor costs, and drive optimization initiatives
• Promote innovation and assess new technologies that add business value
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the performance and availability of IT systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and information security technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and XDR solutions
• Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and EPM solutions, (CyberArk)
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware vSphere )
• Solid background in networking technologies, including VLANs and Network Access Control (NAC)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and infrastructure design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
